The Maigie Constitution
A learning environment is only as intelligent as the principles upon which it is built.
The following principles define how Maigie thinks. Every product decision, engineering decision, design decision and business decision should strengthen these principles rather than contradict them.
1. We believe learning can be better.
Learning has changed remarkably little over generations. We exist because we believe it can become more personal, more collaborative, more intelligent and more human.

Every decision should ultimately improve the learner’s ability to grow.

Learning outcomes emerge from consistent learning behaviours.
8. Memory creates continuity.
Learning should never begin from zero. Every meaningful interaction should make the environment wiser.
9. Knowledge should evolve.
Courses, communities and teaching practices should continuously improve through evidence and experience.
10. Relationships create intelligence.
Intelligence emerges from understanding how people, knowledge and communities connect.
11. Educators remain essential.
Technology supports educators. It never replaces their responsibility, wisdom or humanity.
12. Communities make learning stronger.
People grow faster when they learn together.
13. Trust compounds.
Every interaction should strengthen confidence, transparency and respect.
14. Simplicity is a feature.
If a solution becomes more complicated while learning becomes no better, we have chosen the wrong solution.
